Time (and time of performance) is the heart of every project. Every Owner/Developer has a stringent time stated relating to the project financials and/or opening commitments. Contractors, on fixed Contracts, rely on timely performance for profitability. Establishing a baseline plan, monitoring performance, submitting for time extensions (and Owner’s evaluating same), maintaining records, and many other, all are part of the world of “fighting” for time and money (oftentimes liquidated damages).

As a result of our individual and group education, background, training and experiences, WEXCO’s ability to analyze construction disputes includes Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling*, Construction Claim Preparation, Contract Dispute Resolution, Cost Engineering, Calculation of Damages, and other.

* CPM Scheduling - Dr. Wexler has been not only an industry leader, but a pioneer in Critical Path Method (CPM), since the early 1960’s. He has fostered many enhancements to the original beginnings of CPM, including enhanced Precedence Diagramming. Dr. Wexler has written books, pamphlets and instructional data for CPM, including a software processing system - WEXPRO. These developments have promoted: (1) ease, accuracy, and usability in on-the-job scheduling and (2) accuracy and clarity in the use of CPM in Construction Claims
