PCA’s are also an important part of the sale and/or purchase of any property, as well as serving as an integral part of a full and proper building maintenance protocol and procedure. PCA’s help avoid unexpected material and equipment failures, including those caused by defective equipment. Accurate budgeting of operating costs associated with building maintenance and property management are essential to the overall budgeting of any company, and the associated facility.
In addition to WEXCO’s experience of conducting numerous Property Condition Assessments for a wide variety of commercial, industrial, and residential buildings, WEXCO also has the unique combination of a background in Construction Management, Safety Engineering, and litigation assistance, which has enabled WEXCO to build a wealth of knowledge and information as to the various issues that arise during the ongoing use and aging of a building and the associated equipment. - Analysis of observations and measurements relative to applicable Codes, Regulations and Standards
- Identification and estimation of costs associated with any recommended/necessary repairs and/or remediation
- Verbal and/or written report of observations, analysis and findings
