WEXCO is extremely proud of its Construction Consulting & Construction Management activities for reasons (primarily) of WEXCO's focus and stated mission "To Enhance the State-of-the-Art of Construction Management and the Mitigation and/or Orderly Resolution of Construction Claims."
Resulting from our Mission Statement, we have:
- Helped pioneer and foster improved routines for Critical Path Method (CPM) of construction scheduling, dating back to the 1960’s.
- Developing the state-of-the-art Critical Path Method (CPM) software and associated written CPM Implementation Guidelines.
- Establishing and conducting a Construction Management Research Laboratory in the 1980’s in California, wherein our Construction Management Senior Staff developed enhanced Construction Management routines (71 publications in total).
- Developing Claims Prevention & Mitigation programs that have included Action Alert Reports, Issue Briefs, Notice of Potential Delay Forms, and others.
WEXCO’s achievements have included being elected as Inc. Magazines 189th Fastest Growing Private Companies in 1986, and being selected by the US Navy Seabees for their Construction Management Training Programs in Port Hueneme, CA and Gulfport, Mississippi, in the mid 1980’s.
WEXCO’s Construction Management services have been full scope (inception to completion) and partial scope (task oriented). WEXCO customizes its approaches to strictly suit the client and the project, and pride ourselves on providing our clients with such leadership as to achieve the clients goals.
